These Terms of Service govern your use of Mona Atlas, an AI video creation service operated by BROADATA. By using Mona Atlas, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Mona Atlas allows users to submit a topic or prompt and generate an AI-assisted video that may include narration, visuals, subtitles and music. Features, generation methods and availability may change over time.

2. Free previews and paid downloads

Mona Atlas may allow you to generate and preview a video without payment. Where a paid unlock is offered, the displayed price applies to access to the full downloadable video for that generation.

The current standard unlock price displayed by Mona Atlas is $2.99 unless another price is clearly shown before purchase.

3. AI-generated content

Mona Atlas uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unexpected results or material that does not fully match your prompt.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on, publishing or distributing it.

4. Your prompts and use of the service

You are responsible for the prompts, topics and other material you submit to Mona Atlas and for how you use generated videos.

You must not use Mona Atlas to:

• violate applicable law or regulations;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• impersonate others or misrepresent content in an unlawful manner;
• attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• bypass generation limits, security controls or access restrictions.

5. Accounts

Some Mona Atlas features are available without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for activity performed through your account.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

7. Availability and generation limits

Mona Atlas may apply generation limits, rate limits, security checks or other controls to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

Mona Atlas does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation times, or that every requested video will be successfully created.

8. Intellectual property and third-party material

Mona Atlas may rely on third-party technology and media services when creating videos. Rights in third-party material remain subject to the rights and terms that apply to that material.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use, publication and distribution of generated content is lawful and appropriate for your intended purpose.

9. No professional advice

Generated content is provided for general informational and creative purposes and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mona Atlas and BROADATA are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the service, generated content, service interruptions or third-party services.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect Mona Atlas, other users, third parties or the security and integrity of the service, or where these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Mona Atlas develops. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
