Mona Atlas is an AI video creation service operated by BROADATA. We want purchases to be straightforward and fair. This policy explains how refund requests for paid video unlocks are handled.
1. Preview before purchasing
Mona Atlas provides a preview of the generated video before you decide whether to purchase access to the full downloadable video.
We encourage you to review the preview before completing your purchase, including the style and general content of the generated video.
2. Digital delivery
A paid Mona Atlas unlock provides access to digital content. Once payment is successfully completed, access to the full video is normally provided immediately or shortly afterwards.
3. When to contact us
If there is a genuine problem with your purchase or delivery, please contact us. Examples include:
- you were charged but the paid video was not unlocked;
- you cannot access or download the full video because of a technical problem;
- you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the payment amount charged was different from the amount shown at checkout.
4. AI-generated results
Because Mona Atlas uses AI-assisted generation, results may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unexpected wording or creative choices.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed solely because a generated video does not match a user's personal preference, particularly where the video was available to preview before purchase.
5. Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is appropriate, it will normally be returned through the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Contact support@monaatlas.com and provide enough information for us to identify the purchase, such as the email address used for the purchase and a description of the problem.
Please do not send full payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
