Mona Atlas is an AI video creation service operated by BROADATA. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Mona Atlas and how that information is used.

1. Information you provide

When you use Mona Atlas, you may provide information such as:

• video topics, prompts and other text you submit for video creation;
• your email address and account information if you create an account;
• communications you send to Mona Atlas support.

2. Generated videos and service data

Mona Atlas processes your prompts and generated video data in order to create, store, preview and deliver videos. Technical information related to jobs, generation status, downloads and service operation may also be processed to provide and maintain the service.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Mona Atlas does not store your full payment-card details. Payment-related identifiers and transaction status may be stored so that Mona Atlas can confirm purchases and provide access to paid video downloads.

4. Authentication

If you choose to create an account or log in, authentication services may process information such as your email address and account identifiers so Mona Atlas can provide account features such as access to your videos.

5. Service providers

Mona Atlas relies on third-party technology providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, voice generation, media sourcing, security and file storage. Information is shared with these providers only as necessary to operate the service.

6. Security and abuse prevention

Technical information such as IP addresses, request information and security-verification data may be processed to protect Mona Atlas, prevent abuse, enforce generation limits and maintain service security.

Information processed by Mona Atlas may be used to:

10. Cookies and advertising measurement

Mona Atlas may use optional cookies and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. For example, Google Ads conversion measurement may be used to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a purchase or other relevant action.

Where consent is required, optional advertising and analytics storage is disabled by default and is enabled only after you choose to accept it. You may reject optional advertising cookies without preventing access to the core Mona Atlas service.

Advertising measurement providers such as Google may process technical information associated with advertising interactions and conversions in accordance with their own privacy practices. Mona Atlas does not send full payment-card details to Google for advertising measurement.
